a. The rentee must provide a valid ID or proof of age to confirm that they are no longer a minor. Proof must show the ID belongs to the rentee (e.g., a photo holding the ID).b. For minors, a guardian must handle all discussions and transactions.c. A payment receipt must be provided as proof of payment.
a. Accepted Modes of Payment:
— GCash
— Maya (must add 15 php for the transfer fee)b. The assurance fee will be refunded once the costume is returned without damages or loss. No assurance fee will be required if at least two successful transactions are completed (a successful transaction means timely return without damages, loss, or delayed payment/shipment).c. To reserve a specific costume, at least 50% down payment of the total rent fee is required.d. Failure to return the costume beyond the rental date will incur ₱100 per day.
a. Shipping fees (both ways) must be shouldered by the rentee. (if emergencies on my end, I will shoulder half of the shipping fee to you)b. Accepted delivery methods: J&T (fees will change), Grab, and Lalamovec. Upon receiving and returning, the rentee must record a video showing all received items (costume, wig, accessories). This video serves as proof; without it, claims will not be accepted.d. Rental periodsd.1) 1 day rent entails the cosplay will be shipped out day of reservation and return immediately the next day. (e.g. reservation is May 17, thus cosplay will be shipped morning or May 17, return will be the night of May 18)d.2) 3 day rent entails the cosplay to be shipped out the day reservation and return should be made two days later. (e.g. reservation is May 17, cosplay will be shipped out morning of, return will be the night of May 19.)d.3) 5 day rent entails the cosplay to be shipped out the day reservation and return should be made three days later. (e.g. reservation is May 17, cosplay will be shipped out morning of, return will be the night of May 22.)e. Costumes must be returned in the same condition and packaging (e.g., ziplock for costume and wig with hairnet).f. Non-compliance will result in extra charges.
a. Strictly NO cancellations once dates and DP have been paid.b. If the rentee cancels within 24 hours before the rental date, no refund will be issued!c. 50% DPs are considered non-refundable and will serve as a cancellation fee if rentee decides to cancel the rental after dates are finalized.
a. Additional charges may apply for the following:— Very tangled wig
— Irremovable stains or odors
— Damaged parts
— Minimal discoloration
— Missing accessories or garmentsb. Missing accessories must be replaced by or paid by the rentee (replacements will be made through an MTO service of the renter's choice)— If the accessory cannot be replaced, or if the damage is irreparable, the costume will be considered sold and you will be required to pay for the cosplay in whole.Additional Fees:a. Rescheduling: ₱150b. Changing the character: ₱150c. Rush renting/shipment (same day of or day before shipment): ₱100 to 200 (depending on how bulky the cosplay is)
a. The rentee does not need to wash the costume before returning.b. Alterations to the costume or wig must be approved beforehand.c. Avoid directly spraying perfume must directly onto the costume as this may cause discolorationd. Cutting the wig is strictly prohibited; doing so will be considered as purchasing the wig.e. The rentee must provide their own wig cap. (if no wig cap is available to you, you may purchase one from me for ₱40; please note that it is required to have a wig cap for hygiene purposes)
a. Minors will not be allowed to rent costumes deemed too revealing.
b. Failure to return a costume for more than one week will be considered theft and reported / called-out
